The seventh annual Targa Newfoundland begins this Saturday and Targa cars are showing up on the streets around St. Johns today.I saw a slammed red and white BMW 3-series of the Turks & Caicos Motoring Club on slicks in traffic earlier today.
Just now, outside my window, a trio of vintage Austin Minis with open exhausts (including this one) of the Brick N' Brute team roared up the hill.
